There’s no one more passionate about hospitality than Crafted Culinary Concepts. As a highly respected family-owned business with deep roots (the 24 Carrots kind) in the catering and events industry, we’ve made it our mission to provide our clients with great food and impeccable service.

We use the most advanced technologies to optimize every aspect of our operations, but there’s nothing artificial about us—or our food.

Our chefs take pride in bringing to your campus the same high standards you’d expect from a well-established restaurant, tailoring each program to offer the most efficient food services and memorable experiences to keep teams motivated, well-nourished, and invested for the long haul.

We make everything from scratch, drawing from the best of each season to flavor our dressings, sauces, stocks, and savory soups with the freshest hand-picked herbs and home-grown vegetables. All deli meats are roasted and sliced in-house, and our beef, turkey, chicken, and seafood are hormone-free, while muffins, cookies, and breads are baked and served straight from the oven.

We aim for zero waste with both our ingredients and the energy we use to create our delicious dishes. Always striving to meet California’s Green Building Code, we rely on solar tubes, low-voltage LED to lower light pollution, strategic waste management, and acoustic control to meet our goals as an organization—and a good neighbor.
